Hotdogs

 All of our hotdogs are made with REAL MEAT. No pink slime, no organ meats. Just wholesome meat, with a clean flavor that both kids and grown-ups love. You’ll never buy a grocery store hotdog again.

  • Munchener Weisswurst - smooth pork sausage with parsley. Traditionally served in Germany as a snack between breakfast and lunch. Best cooked gently in water, and served with sweet Bavarian mustard, a soft pretzel, and a tall German beer. Traditionally the casing is peeled off before eating.

Liver Sausage

Our Jerky is made with whole-muscle Beef Round. It is marinated, racked, and smoked overnight in our state-of-the-art German Smokehouses.

  • Elburner Beef Jerky - extra smokey with garlic, coriander, and black pepper

  • Teriyaki Beef Jerky - sweet soy and ginger

  • Mountain Beef Jerky - mild with a touch of pepper

  • Bloody Mary Beef Jerky - Everything in a Bloody, minus the booze….. on beef

  • California Heat Beef Jerky - soy and worcestershire sauce with crushed red pepper

  • No Carb Beef Jerky - salt and pepper with no added sugar

  • Buffalo Trail Style Jerky - thick sliced, and slow smoked on skewers. Made with American Buffalo top round. (Elburner spice blend)

  • South African Style Biltong - thick cut and hung dry with cracked coriander

  • Turkey Teryaki Jerky - sweet soy and ginger, made with whole muscle turkey breast

Snack Stix:

Fermented Stix - Quick culture-fermented for a tangy flavor and longer shelf life. Very low residual sugar, and lots of Hickory smoke.

  • Bier Stix - our best seller and most award-winning. A spicy garlic summer sausage made with pork and beef. This product is also available in single packs and served in many local breweries and wholesaled to other local retail stores.

  • Summer Sausage - traditional German recipe (Bier Stix minus the kick)

Fresh Meat

 

Our goal is to present our customers with the highest quality meats, at the best price. Our beef is of high Choice or Prime grade. It is pasture-raised and Grain finished, meaning it did not eat grass for its whole life. This is the standard practice in raising premium beef with superior flavor and marbling.

To meet the small demand for Grass-Fed Beef, we merchandise a freezer display of locally raised, grass-fed beef. We process the whole animal, so we do not always have the cut you might be in search of. For example, there is only about 8 pounds of filet mignon per head of beef.

  • Renderwurst - a local favorite. Braised beef chuck and onions with oats and spices. Make little patties with it and fry in butter for breakfast.

  • Mettwurst - German style raw sausage for spreading on toast in the morning. (safe to eat raw - made with certified pork)
