    • Bacon - plain ol’ wholesome bacon. Just the right amount of everything you want in your bacon.

    • Pepper Bacon - coarse black pepper rubbed on the outside before smoking

    • Hungarian Bacon - paprika and garlic rubbed on the outside before smoking

    • Cinnamon Bacon - this will make your house smell amazing in the morning

    • Double Smoked Bacon - thick cut, extra smokey

    • Irish Bacon (seasonal) - Duroc loin and belly still attached, skin-on, fully cooked and smoked.

    • Canadian Bacon - cured and smoked pork loin, sliced
